Check Out: 12:00am (late check-out upon arrangement)
Down payment: 20% of total amount
The down payment is required to book the Estate.
The amount will be deducted from the total amount due
Total payment: 1 month before arrival
Damage deposit: 15% of total amount
In case of no damages the deposit will be reimbursed during check-out.
The deposit must be paid with total amount due (1 month before arrival)
Cancellation: Bookings may be cancelled up to one month prior to arrival, with full reimbursement of the down payment. Cancellations within one month of arrival will result in forfeiture of the down payment.
